Established in 2001, the Ales Of Scilly brewery is situated in two premises and produces up to 50 casks a week. They are regular suppliers to mainland pubs and beer festivals, and their approach to bottling is still very ‘hands-on’.

An efficient Cornish brewery, Ales Of Scilly offers a selection of traditional beers and light bitters, including The Nancy and T.W Lawson.

A unique and organic Cornish brewery, Atlantic Brewery, use organically grown ingredients and eco-friendly brewing methods to produce high-quality ales and bottle-conditioned beers to suit everyone. Based near Newquay, Atlantic Brewery first established itself in 2005 and now offers a variety of bottle-conditioned beers, including Gold Organic and Fistral Organic.

The home of Spingo ales, the Blue Anchor Brewery and ale house is one of the oldest working inns in Britain. With a wealth of experience in producing high-quality ales, Blue Anchor retains their original style and use of traditional recipes.

Offering beers such as Spingo IPA Middle and Spingo Special, Blue Anchor brewery are based in Helston and boast over 600 years of brewing history.

Boddington’s, a family-run business established in the 1940s, specializes in growing and producing premium quality fresh fruit in Cornwall. The company operates a 20-acre farm solely dedicated to growing strawberries and a small portion of raspberries.

With a focus on producing bottle-conditioned ales, Castle Brewery was established in 2008 and now offers beers such as Cornish Best Bitter, Crown Jewels and Stuggy Stout.

Produced using traditional methods, Castle Brewery continue to create high-quality bitters and beers and is based in the town of Lostwithiel.

Colwith Farm is Cornwall’s first plough to bottle distillery. With everything produced from scratch on a single estate, it doesn’t get any better in terms of provenance, authenticity and quality.

A small and modest Cornish brewery, Cornish Crown Brewery currently are only a six brewers barrel operation. The beer is also made with water supplied by their very own borehole situated at the brewery.

Established in 2011, Cornish Crown was produced as a result of hard work, dedication and a passion for real ale.

Part of the Duchy of Cornwall estate, Cornish Orchards have been producing high-quality ciders and apple juices since 1992. With the use of Cornish apples, the brewery farm is renowned for offering a combination of fruity flavours.

Providing true Cornish quality, Cornish Orchards produce ciders and ginger beers with exceptional taste and flavours free from artificial sweeteners.

Distilled by hand in small batches, pure spring water is used from their very own deep water source. Combine this with fragrant botanicals and fresh citrus fruits with a fine team of artisans who test each batch before hand bottling, stamping and inspecting before releasing.

The brewery began as a small micro-brewery located near Falmouth in a portable cabin. After six successful years, the brewery has expanded and now operates from two units at the Viaduct Works. In the past year, the brewery has received five prestigious awards for its hand-crafted Cornish ales, which are available in casks and individually hand-wrapped bottles.
