Named after the so-called Knockers of tin mining folklore. The whole-flower Celeia, Northdown and Aurora hops dominate the early flavours but biscuity undertones, produced from the malted barley and wheat, do emerge. This creates a sumptuous crescendo of flavour with a slight pine bitterness in the finish.
