Knightor Brut Classic Cuvee White

Set in a tranquil location above St Austell Bay, Knightor Winery is positioned within 4 acres of beautiful Cornish pasture, orchard and hedgerows. Using grapes grown in vineyards in Portscatho and Seaton on the South Cornish coast, as well as other English vineyards, they create limited production still and sparkling wines. Pale lemon green in colour with a lively mousse that quickly settles to a steady stream of fine bubbles. Aromas are wonderfully fresh, floral and fruity, dominated by elderflower, honeysuckle, pear and peach. On the palate, this wine shows great vivacity, with good acidity balanced by delicate fruit flavours and a fine mousse, leading to a clean and crisp finish. Serve at 8 degrees.
